We are currently unable to accept payment from debit or credit cards so for the moment we only accept Paypal Payment option which includes: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro/Switch and American Express.
As soon as we receive an order, we aim to despatch the items very quickly. Once an order has been despatched, we are unable to make any amendments. If you need to make any changes to a new order, please call us on +447979598888 as soon as possible and we will certainly do all we can to assist.
Will usually dispatch within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.
For your peace of mind we can EXCHANGE or REFUND within 7 days of you receiving your order.

For EXCHANGES – If you wish to change the size or style , please e-mail us and confirm the exchange item you want is in stock.
For REFUNDS – We can only refund you the cost of the item.—the postage to send it back and the p&p have paid are non-refundable!!
FOR ALL RETURNS:- PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS WITH ALL RETURNS.
1) All returns and exchanges must be returned in “NEW” condition so they can be put up for re-sale . Items must be in their original packaging with tags and labels.
2) For hygiene reasons all thongs and briefs must not be tried on.
3) We are happy for you to try on clothing for size (except thongs & panties) but we are unable to refund any item that has been worn for long periods of time (e.g. on a night out) , smells of perfume or smoke , has make-up marks , has been damaged or bent. Please ensure items arrive back with is in “new condition”.
4) Postage costs to return items to us for exchange or refund are non-refundable. We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 3 working days from the day the item is received by us. Thankyou for reading our return policy
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been submitted please log into your online account and contact a member of our customer service team. However, if your order has progressed to be dispatched stage, we will be unable to cancel it. In this instance you may return your goods to us using the return form provided in your order package.
Unfortunately, we are unable to add additional items to your order. If you wish to purchase additional items from our website, a new order will have to be placed.

Some of our products do sell out quickly and some of these may come back into stock. If you have any queries about a product and wish to know if it is likely to come back into stock please contact our customer service team via email.
